My family and I recently stayed at Hotel Spa Martin El Humano for a few nights. Our purpose was to enjoy a relaxing getaway, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We booked a family room, which was perfect for our needs - spacious and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised by the communal TV room, which was a bonus and provided a comfortable space to unwind. The hotel itself is a beautiful property that looks like a restored convent or monastery, adding to its uniqueness. Our room, 310, had a high wooden beamed ceiling and was bright and spacious. The restaurant served amazing food, and we highly recommend trying the local menu. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with a good selection of fruits, yogurts, cereals, meats, scrambled eggs. The spa facilities were excellent, and the staff were always helpful. we had a fantastic stay at Hotel Spa Martin El Humano.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a nice setting for our New Year getaway. The hotel's location was perfect, situated close to the via verdes foot and bicycle path, which allowed for convenient exploring of the area. the check-in experience was pleasant, with the staff providing insights and recommendations for the region.
The restaurant was not always open, so it is advised to check beforehand. We encountered this issue on a Sunday evening, which limited our dining options.

We had a great time staying at a charming hotel close to a brilliant cycling path and within walking distance of the centre. The unique and quirky rooms were fantastic, and we had a very warm welcome from the helpful staff. We particularly enjoyed the recommended restaurant that offered tasty local dishes for our Sunday evening meal.
We found it disappointing that their spa was fully booked upon our arrival, and we were unable to use it. , the bar and lounge area were closed during our stay, which left us with limited options for pre-dinner drinks.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience! The decoration was outstanding, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for the holiday season. The staff was also very kind and welcoming, and the food was delicious! The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and even included traditional Christmas sweets. Another great feature was the indoor pool, where I could enjoy a swim no matter the weather outside.
There were some negative aspects that affected my stay. The hotel lacked proper information regarding the nearby attractions and activities.
